Woobi Platform - Ad Quality Guidelines

The following Ad Quality Guidelines are set to ensure the basic standards for thק quality of ads run on the Woobi Platform, to ensure the content, form and context of the ads, for the benefit of both buyers and sellers.

These guidelines may be updated from time to time, At Woobi’s sole discretion, and serve solely as a basis to the quality standards enforced by Woobi. In no manner shall these guidelines be thought to serve as a limited list of unpermitted ad content, and Woobi reserves the right to reject any ad for any or no reason, whether listed hereunder or not.

It is hereby understood and agreed that it is not Woobi’s responsibility, nor doe Woobi commit to review each and every ad prior to running it on the Woobi Platform, and it shall be the sole responsibility of the buyers to ensure compliance with these guidelines.

All Ads must:

(a) not contain, promote or advocate political, pornographic, hate, violence, obscene, racist, offensive, infringing, libelous, gambling or illegal drugs; subject matter that a reasonable person would consider highly objectionable, any material which improperly references illegal activities.

(b) comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (and in case that the ads will be placed in apps, its content shall comply also with the applicable mobile application store) and will not violate any third party intellectual property rights. To the extent applicable according to the Digital Advertising Alliance (currently available at http://www.aboutads.info/principles), Advertiser shall provide to the end user an opt-out mechanism for receiving ads.

(c) The Ads must lead the end user to the applicable advertisers’ landing page when the Ads are clicked. Such landing page must be functioning, may not interfere with an end user's ability to navigate away from the page and must contain a prominent link to the applicable advertiser's privacy policy which shall comply with applicable law.

(d) All Ads will be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

(e) All Ads will will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

(f) the Ads must not violate any applicable third party policies (including platform policies such as Google Play and Apple),

(g) the Buyers will provide a clear, meaningful, and prominent privacy policy and notice of its collection, use, and disclosure of consumer information and any available opt-out to targeted or behavioral advertising by a Buyer on each site a consumer may reach through an Ad.

(h) all content must not include any material that is or contains malware, viruses, or other potentially destructive computer programs and security threats.

All ads placed through the Woobi platform must comply with the Ad Standards and Creative Guidelines set out by the Internet Advertising Bureau at http://www.iab.com/guidelines/iab-standard-ad-unit-portfolio/.


Both buyers and sellers on the Woobi platform must commit to conduct their business and fulfil their obligations in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and industry self-regulatory guidelines, including, as applicable, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Data Protection Act 1998, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 as amended by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, the Privacy Act of 1988 (AUS), and, their own privacy policy as posted on the Digital Media and as may be amended from time to time; including a conspicuous link within the respective privacy policy to a consumer opt out page that permits a user to control their online behavioural advertising preferences (e.g., the Network Advertising Initiative’s (NAI) consumer opt-out page located at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, or the IAB-EU page at http://www.youronlinechoices.com
